FormFlowPro
Seat limits that hold. Appointments that confirm themselves. Timed tests that submit on time. All inside the Google Form you already built.
30 day trial. Every feature, no card.
Your 4:30 PM slot on Tue 14 July is confirmed. The invite is on its way to your inbox.
Booking ref PTM-0148 Custom thank you · based on her slotThis is not a form problem. It is an evening problem. The form takes five minutes to build. The cleanup takes the rest of the week.
The popular batch overfills, two parents land in the same 4 PM slot, and a class fills overnight. Forms takes them all with a smile, and untangling it is your evening gone.
Export, count, de-duplicate, spot the clashes, apologise to the overflow. Forms collects answers; everything that happens after an answer is still you.
The Hindi speaking parent guesses, the Arabic speaking one quits halfway, and duplicating the form per language just triples every other problem on this list.
No timer counts down, no guard watches him switch tabs, and nothing stops him pasting the question into a search bar. Break every rule you wrote, and the form still submits like nothing happened.
Twelve features sounds like a lot until you count what you are already paying for. Most people buy five separate tools to get half of them.
One powerful add-on. Click any power to know more,
or just watch, they play in turn.
Put a hard cap on any single option. Everyone watches availability fall in real time, and the last seat goes to exactly one person.
What changes for youOne question becomes a real booking page: dates, time windows, slot length, buffers and a capacity per slot. Full slots strike themselves out.
What changes for you ✦ 3 superpowers in this tabOne countdown for the whole quiz, or seconds per question, with automatic submission the moment time ends. No pleading, no exceptions to manage.
What changes for youA rules screen first. Then tab switches are counted with blocking warnings, copy and paste is off, and the attempt submits itself at the limit.
What changes for youA six digit code to their inbox, before or during the form. Duplicates are turned away at the door instead of discovered on Sunday night.
What changes for youTwo question types Google Forms has never had. Respondents drag options into sequence, or drag items into category boxes, on any device.
What changes for you ✦ 2 superpowers in this tabRespondents switch language on the page and keep every answer they have already given. Your response data stays in one language for clean analysis.
What changes for youChose the Evening batch? They read the Evening batch instructions the second they submit, with their name and registration number on screen.
What changes for you ✦ 2 superpowers in this tabYour Evening 6 PM batch is confirmed for Saturday, 2 August. See you there!

FormFlow Pro adds a page in front of your form. It never replaces the form, so nothing you already rely on has to be rebuilt. The add-on lists any unsupported question for you before you share.
Answer based section jumps are not followed. Sections render as clean pages instead.
File upload needs the respondent signed in to a Google account so the file can be written to your Drive, which is not possible on a link that opens without a sign in. Keep any of these four on your native form.
One setting to watch. Date and Time questions both work. But if you tick Include time on a Date question, or switch a Time question to Duration, Google treats it as a different question type and it will not render on the link.
No coding. No new platform. It lives inside the Google Form you already built.
One click from the Google Workspace Marketplace. Thirty day trial, every feature, no credit card.
Open any form, launch FormFlow Pro from the puzzle piece icon, and accept the consent screen. We save your name and email, nothing else, ever.
Switch on seat limits, the booking calendar, timers, the focus guard, verification or languages. All in one clean window. Save.
Copy your upgraded respondent link and share it anywhere you shared the form before. Print the QR code if you need one.
Seats count themselves down, full slots close, confirmations send themselves, and every response lands in your form as always.
Registrations, appointments, timed tests, verified sign ups,
in any language your audience reads.
A workshop with three batches and twenty seats each, on a form that used to let seventy people in.
Parent teacher slots, one family every fifteen minutes, booked and confirmed without a single phone call.
A timed mock test where every student gets the same clock, the same rules screen and the same scrutiny.
Elective and lab allocation where each section has a hard cap that actually holds during the rush.
Registration with a waitlist feel. Full options simply close, so nobody is turned away by email afterwards.
Interview slots, office hours and sessions, on a booking page that lives inside the form you already send.
No card to start. Your published links keep working while you decide.
One double booking you never had to fix, or one evening you never spent writing apology emails, already costs more than a year of this.
"Every event I ran, the form filled past capacity and the cleanup landed on me. Google Forms is brilliant at collecting answers, it just never learned to count seats. So we taught it."
Yes, and this is the core design decision. FormFlow Pro submits every response into your actual Google Form, so your Responses tab, linked Sheet, summary charts and any existing automations keep working exactly as before. It adds a page in front of your form, never a database behind it.
Your published links keep working. You upgrade when you want to keep editing and publishing. There is no moment where a live registration link goes dark on you.
Exactly one gets it. Seats are committed on a server under a lock, one submission at a time, and the final check happens at the moment of submission rather than when the page was loaded. The other person instantly sees fresh availability and picks another option. Overbooking is not reduced here, it is eliminated by design.
You pick the zone the slots are published in. Every respondent sees a line telling them which zone that is, and if their device is somewhere else they also see the same slot converted to their own. The calendar attachment is written in UTC, so an overseas parent who books 4:30 PM arrives at 4:30 PM.
A six digit code is emailed to the respondent, either before the form opens or partway through it. In normal use it is sent from your own account. On a very quiet form a built in failsafe sends it through FormFlow instead, so nobody is left waiting. You can also require one response per verified email, which turns duplicates away at the door instead of leaving them for you to find later.
Multiple choice, Checkboxes, Dropdown, Short answer, Paragraph, Linear scale, Date, Time, plus section pages, question images, and the Ordering, Sorting and Booking types FormFlow adds. Four stay on your native form: File upload, the multiple choice grid, the checkbox grid and Rating. One setting is worth knowing about: Date and Time questions work on the link, but ticking Include time on a Date question, or switching a Time question to Duration, turns it into a different question type that will not render.
No responses are stored. They pass through and land in your form. The service holds your display setup and the live seat counters, plus the name and email you consented to on activation. That is the complete list.
No. They open a normal web link on any device, phone or laptop, and submit. No sign in, no install, nothing to learn. The respondent page is built phone first.
Yes. Keep editing it exactly as you always have. Opening the form republishes your edits to the FormFlow link automatically.
It uses the current form only permission, so it can see the one form it is opened in and nothing else. No Drive access, no other files, no other forms, no email.
