Do my responses still go into my Google Form?
Yes, and this is the core design decision. FormFlow Pro submits every response into your actual Google Form, so your responses tab, linked Sheet, summary charts and any existing automations keep working exactly as before. You lose nothing, you only gain the new powers.
How is zero overbooking actually guaranteed?
Every submission passes through an atomic booking engine: submissions are processed strictly one at a time, the seat count is checked and decremented in a single locked step. If two people race for the last seat, exactly one gets it and the other instantly sees fresh availability and picks another option. Overbooking is not reduced, it is eliminated by design.
What happens when an option fills up?
It greys out and locks on the respondent page within moments, with a "Full" badge. Respondents who already had the page open cannot sneak through either: the final check happens at submission, inside the lock.
Do respondents need a Google account or any app?
No. They open a normal web link on any device, phone or laptop, and submit. No sign in, no install, nothing to learn.
How do the ranking and drag and drop questions store answers?
As clean text inside your form, for example "Cricket > Painting > Cooking" for a ranking, or "Before class: reading | After class: revision" for a sort. Easy to read, easy to analyse in Sheets.
Can I time individual questions differently?
Yes. Give any question its own countdown in seconds. The page automatically switches to one question at a time mode, locks each question when its time ends, and auto submits at the finish. You can also run a single timer across the whole quiz.
How does translation work, and does it mess up my data?
Respondents pick a language on the page and every label translates instantly. Their answers are stored in your original language, so your response data stays consistent and analysable.
What data does FormFlow Pro collect about me?
On activation, with your explicit consent: your name and email address, so we can support you and manage your plan. Plus anonymous usage counts. That's the complete list.
