Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of FormFlow Pro, a Google Workspace Marketplace add-on published by Dynamic Minds Group, New Delhi, India. By installing or using the Add-on you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a school, company or other organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

These terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

2. What the service is

FormFlow Pro adds a respondent page in front of a Google Form™ you already own. It provides live seat limits per option, an appointment booking calendar with time zones and confirmation emails, quiz and per question timers, an exam focus guard, email code verification, ordering and sorting question types, conditional thank you messages, registration numbers, auto scoring and instant translation.

The Add-on is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC. Google Forms™ is a trademark of Google LLC. Your use of Google Forms remains governed by your own agreement with Google.

3. Your account and licence

On activation you consent to us recording your name and email address to identify your licence and provide support. Subject to these terms, we grant you a non exclusive, non transferable, revocable licence to use the Add-on for your own forms and those of your organisation. You may not sublicense, resell or redistribute the Add-on.

4. Plans, trial and billing

• Trial. 30 days of full access on up to 3 forms, with no credit card required.
• Pro. Unlimited forms, billed monthly or annually in USD or INR at the prices shown on the pricing section of our site at the time of purchase.
• School and Team. Custom plans for institutions, agreed in writing.

When a trial ends, your already published respondent links keep working. To keep editing settings and publishing changes, you upgrade to a paid plan. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled, and you may cancel at any time to stop the next renewal. Taxes, including GST where applicable, are charged in addition where required by law. Promotional pricing applies only for the period stated at the time of purchase.

5. What you may not do

• Use the Add-on for anything unlawful, deceptive, or in breach of a third party's rights.
• Collect sensitive personal data without a lawful basis and appropriate consent.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, probe or circumvent the service, its licensing, or its seat counting.
• Use automated means to submit responses, inflate counters, or otherwise interfere with the fairness of a seat limit, booking slot or timed test.
• Send unsolicited bulk email, including through the verification or booking confirmation features.
• Resell the Add-on or present it as your own product.

6. Your content and your responses

You retain full ownership of your forms, your questions and every response you collect. We claim no rights over them. You are the data controller for the responses you collect and are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect them, for telling your respondents what you will do with their data, and for complying with the rules of your school, employer or jurisdiction.

7. Question types and limits

Not every Google Forms question can be rendered on an open link. File upload, the multiple choice grid, the checkbox grid and Rating are not supported on the FormFlow respondent page. File upload in particular requires the respondent to be signed in to a Google account so the file can be written to your Drive, which is not possible on a link that requires no sign in.

Date and Time questions are supported. Note that enabling Include time on a Date question, or setting a Time question to Duration, changes it to a question type that is not supported on the link.

Answer based section jumps are not followed; sections render as pages. Keep any unsupported question on your native Google Form and share that form separately where you need it.

8. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, Google platform changes, quota limits imposed by Google Apps Script, and events outside our reasonable control may cause interruption. Support is provided by email at dmg@dynamicmindsgroup.com, typically within one business day. School and Team plans include priority onboarding.

9. Warranties

The Add-on is provided on an as is and as available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement. You are responsible for testing the Add-on on your own form before relying on it for a live registration, examination or booking.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dynamic Minds Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, goodwill, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Add-on. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Add-on in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Add-on at any time by uninstalling it from your Google account. We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached, where use threatens the security or integrity of the service, or where required by law. On termination your forms and responses remain entirely in your own Google account.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example when we add a feature or clarify wording. The last updated date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision, and we encourage you to check it occasionally. Where a change materially affects your rights or how the service works, we will announce it in the Google Workspace Marketplace listing update notes before it takes effect. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you in your own country of residence.
