Terms and Conditions
The simple rules for using our website and buying our courses, webinars, mentorship and add-ons.
Last updated: 8 October 2026
About these terms
These terms apply to your use of dynamicmindsgroup.com and to everything you buy or join through it, including courses, certificates, webinars, mentorship programmes and TeachOS add-on licences and subscriptions (together, the "Services"). The website is run by Dynamic Minds Group, Civil Lines, Delhi. By using the website or buying a Service, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.
Your account and information
Please give true and complete details when you register, enquire or pay. You are responsible for keeping your login private and for everything done through your account.
Prices and payment
- Prices are shown on each product page, in INR or USD, and may change at any time. The price you pay is the price shown when you buy.
- Taxes, including GST, are added where applicable.
- Payments are processed securely by CCAvenue. Your order is confirmed only after payment succeeds.
Courses and access
- The access period for each course depends on the course and its fee, and is shown on the course page. When it ends, access ends.
- Access is for you alone. You may not share your login, record or copy the lessons, or resell or redistribute any content.
- Course content, videos, notes and materials belong to Dynamic Minds Group. Buying a course gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to learn from it, not ownership.
- We may update, improve or replace course content from time to time.
Certificates and exams
A certificate is issued when you complete the requirements stated on the course page. Some of our courses prepare you for exams run by others, such as the Google Certified Educator exams. Those exams, their fees and their results belong to the exam provider. We do not conduct them and cannot guarantee that you will pass.
Webinars and mentorship programmes
Dates, timings, speakers and formats may change, and we will tell you of changes. Programmes such as the EduPreneur Mastermind may be application-only, and we may decide who is admitted. Sessions are for registered participants only and may not be recorded or shared without our written permission.
TeachOS add-ons
Add-on licences and subscriptions are personal to the buyer and cannot be transferred or resold. Paid plans renew as stated at purchase until you cancel, and cancelling stops the next renewal. Each add-on also has its own terms of service and privacy policy, which apply to its use.
AI tools and generated content
Some of our courses and add-ons use or teach AI tools. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable. You are responsible for checking it before you rely on it or share it, and for following your institution's rules.
No guarantee of results
We teach practical skills, but your results depend on your own effort and situation. We do not promise any particular outcome, such as a job, income, exam score, students or sales.
Refunds
All purchases are final. Please read our Refund Policy before you buy.
Acceptable use
Please do not misuse the website or the Services. In particular, do not break the law, harm or disrupt the website, try to access accounts or data that are not yours, copy or resell our content, or use our name or materials in a misleading way. We may suspend or end access, without refund, if these terms are broken.
Books and third-party sellers
Our books are sold by third parties such as Amazon and Flipkart. Their terms, prices, delivery and returns apply to those purchases, and we are not responsible for them.
Trademarks and independence
Google, Google Workspace, Google Classroom, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Forms, Gemini and YouTube are trademarks of Google LLC. Meta, Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. Claude and Anthropic are trademarks of Anthropic PBC. ChatGPT and OpenAI are trademarks of OpenAI. Canva is a trademark of Canva Pty Ltd. Amazon, Flipkart and Penguin Random House are trademarks of their respective owners. Dynamic Minds Group is an independent company. Our courses, webinars, mentorship, books, TeachOS add-ons and certificates are not sponsored, endorsed or approved by any of these companies. Where we mention a partnership, such as being a Google for Education Partner, it describes our own partner status and does not mean that Google or anyone else endorses a particular course, product or claim.
Disclaimer and limit of liability
The website and Services are provided "as is". We take care with our content but do not promise that it is always accurate, complete or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service concerned.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the website or the Services after a change means you accept it.
