Who we are

This website, dynamicmindsgroup.com, is run by Dynamic Minds Group ("DMG", "we", "us"), Civil Lines, Delhi. This policy explains what information we collect through the website, our courses, webinars, mentorship programmes and enquiry forms, and how we use it. By using the website you agree to this policy.

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to give us, plus basic visit data your browser sends automatically.

• What you give us: your name, email address, phone number, city and any message, when you fill in a form, enquire, subscribe to our newsletter, apply for a programme, register for a webinar or buy something.
• Purchase details: what you bought, the amount and the order reference. Payments are handled by CCAvenue. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Visit data: your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you visit and how you arrived, collected through cookies and similar tools (see "Cookies" below).

We do not store your personal information unless you give it to us, or it is needed to complete something you asked for, such as an order.

How we use it

• To process your order, give you access to your course or webinar, and issue certificates.
• To reply to your enquiries and provide support.
• To send you updates, offers and newsletters. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email.
• To understand how the website is used, improve it, and measure our advertising.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, and to prevent fraud or misuse.

Cookies and tracking

We use Google Tag Manager to run measurement tools, and the Meta Pixel to measure and improve our ads on Facebook and Instagram. These tools place cookies on your device and may share visit information, such as the pages you view or that you subscribed to our newsletter, with Google and Meta. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use the cookie options on the site where shown. The website will still work, though some features may not.

We do not share your data

We never sell or share your personal details, such as your name, email, phone number and orders, with other companies. They are kept only for our internal accounting and transaction records, and disclosed only if the law requires it.

Our TeachOS add-ons

Our Google Workspace add-ons (ClassQuest, PersonaSheet, Doc to Form Quiz Maker, Timetable Genie and FormFlow Pro) work inside your own Google account and each has its own privacy policy, linked from its product page. Those policies apply to the add-on and the Google data it uses. This policy applies to the website, your purchases and your contact with us.

Children

Our programmes are meant for adults, mainly teachers, trainers, coaches and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18 on this website. If you believe a child has given us information, please let us know at dmg@dynamicmindsgroup.com.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including secure connections (HTTPS) and limited access. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Links to other sites

Our website links to other websites and services, such as Amazon, Flipkart, YouTube and Google. They have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated policy.
