1. Acceptance
By installing or using PersonaSheet (“the Add-on”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, uninstall the Add-on and do not use it.
2. What PersonaSheet Does
PersonaSheet is a Google Sheets Editor Add-on that generates AI-powered personalised worksheets for students using the Gemini API. It integrates with Google Classroom, Google Drive, and Gmail to distribute and grade those worksheets.
3. Spark Credits
3.1 PersonaSheet uses a prepaid credit system called Sparks. One Spark is consumed for each worksheet successfully generated.
3.2 Sparks are non-refundable once consumed by the generation process.
3.3 Unused Sparks expire 12 months from the date of first use of that purchase, or 12 months from purchase date if unused — whichever is later.
3.4 Free trial Sparks (50 Sparks on first activation) expire 30 days from activation.
3.5 Dynamic Minds Group reserves the right to adjust Spark pack pricing with 30 days’ notice to registered users. Sparks already purchased are not affected by price changes.
4. Payments and Refunds
4.1 Payments are processed by CCAvenue or Razorpay. Dynamic Minds Group does not store payment card details.
4.2 Spark packs are non-refundable once purchased.
4.3 If a technical error on our part results in Sparks being incorrectly deducted, contact us within 48 hours and we will restore the balance after validating the request.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use PersonaSheet to:
- Generate content that is harmful, discriminatory, or inappropriate for students
- Attempt to bypass or manipulate the Spark balance system
- Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the Add-on
- Use the Add-on for any commercial purpose other than your own classroom use without a separate school or enterprise licence
6. AI-Generated Content
6.1 Worksheets are generated by Google’s Gemini AI. Dynamic Minds Group does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or curriculum alignment of generated content. Teachers should review all worksheets before distributing to students.
6.2 AI grading is provided as a guide. Final grade decisions remain with the teacher.
6.3 You retain full ownership of all worksheets generated through PersonaSheet.
7. Service Availability
7.1 PersonaSheet depends on Google Workspace, Google Gemini API, and Google Classroom. We are not responsible for downtime caused by these third-party services.
7.2 We aim for 99% uptime for our own licence and balance services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
7.3 During outages, Spark balance checks fail open — you can continue generating worksheets. Balances are reconciled on next successful connection.
8. Intellectual Property
The PersonaSheet software, brand, and Sparks system are owned by Dynamic Minds Group. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Add-on without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Dynamic Minds Group’s liability is limited to the amount you paid for Sparks in the 3 months before any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after 30 days of notice constitutes acceptance.
